The eForm form management and data collection framework is an innovative application suite that provides a comprehensive solution for complex data collection and processing tasks in corporate environments.
eForm -
Simple, secure, and integrated data collection and management.
The system aims to offer a solution for collecting, verifying, storing, displaying, and, if needed, transmitting data from various partners and users (e.g., individuals, companies, government organizations) through web forms to backend system(s).
Key Features and Capabilities
Form Designer Web Application
The framework includes a thin-client-based form designer web application that allows for the creation of forms in a realistic (WYSIWYG) manner without any IT expertise. It also supports the management of complex rules and relationships.
Browser-Based Form Filler
Forms can be filled out in the browser-accessible filling module, which may require user login if necessary. The filling module ensures the controlled and rules-compliant storage of data and allows the system to pre-fill certain fields of the form with data from external sources.
Central Form Maintenance
The central form maintenance system allows users to view form models created with the form designer, as well as the forms filled out by users. Additionally, it enables the configuration of various parameters.
Customizable Form Processing Workflow
The processing of filled-out forms can be customized, and unique processing logics can be developed. If needed, the system can send email notifications to the user who filled out the form.
Integration with External Systems
The eForm can work with external IT systems, enabling the data generated from form submissions to be transferred directly, without human intervention, to backend systems, databases, or even enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Database and Platform-Independent Operation, Java-Based System
Thanks to the Java language, eForm operates independently of databases and platforms, functioning in both Linux and Windows environments. It can be easily integrated into any IT environment.
