Speech Transcription
The system automatically transcribes the spoken content in audio or video using the selected speech recognition method. The system can create two types of transcripts:
- Continuous text
- Subtitle files with timecodes that can be placed on videos
Speech Analysis and Summarization
You can choose which assistant will analyze the text, for example:
- Create a complete meeting summary
- Generate a brief or topic-based complex summary with task lists and decisions
The system can be expanded with additional assistants based on client needs (e.g., automatic generation of content in line with corporate templates).
Media Quickview
Once processed, the transcription result can be immediately reviewed in the built-in media player. You can jump to key information or decisions made in the video.
Review and Edit Results
The results of the selected assistant's analysis are displayed below the video. The generated subtitles can be edited before downloading, based on the uploaded media file.
Media Library and Integration
Uploaded media files are stored in a media library, where they can be selected again for analysis, eliminating the need to upload them multiple times. For corporate workflows, media files stored in other systems (e.g., drive, SharePoint) can be imported into the media library for analysis. Media files from meetings can also be imported from the calendar and processed automatically.
On-Premise Option
The system can be deployed either on cloud or on-premise infrastructure . The advantage of the latter is that data does not leave the organization, making it suitable for processing confidential media files as well.
